All orders receive free shipping Australia wide providing Australia Post can deliver.

Delivery
Orders can be sent to Australian postal addresses only. Once we receive your order, we will pack and despatch within 3 business days. We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. Delivery will take between 3 and 10 business days from despatch. We delay deliveries in times of extreme heat to ensure wine quality and notification of this will be sent. Australia Post require a signature, and will deliver to your door, or leave a card for collection at your local Post Office if no one 18 years or over is available to sign for the delivery.
Refund & Return Policy
Should you be dissatisfied in any way please contact us by email at john@fabervineyard.com.au or telephone 0480 465 755. Should you not be happy with the wine supplied, or should it be damaged in transit, or otherwise evidently faulty, we will replace the wine or refund the purchase price. We reserve the right to have the unsatisfactory wine returned prior to replacement or refund.
