Tastings + Experiences
Our Cellar Door Wine Studio is spacious and welcoming, with a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. We offer seated tastings, and our wines are available for purchase by the glass, and bottle for dine in or take home.
We offer a range of tasting experiences to suit every palate. Whether you're new to wine or a seasoned enthusiast, our team will guide you through a tasting that's both enjoyable and memorable.
Faber's Classic Tasting - 6 Wines for $20

Our team will take you through our favourite selection of red and white wines. This tasting showcases Faber's most popular wines.
Winemaker's Selection Tasting - 6 Wines for $25

A selection of our more innovative, complex and sophisticated wines made in limited quantities.
Faber's Finest Wine Flight - $30
(Not Redeemable)
Taste 4 x 50ml wines served in larger glassware to enjoy, sip, compare and contrast our very best wines.
Bookings for small groups (1-7) are not required.

Winery Tours - $60 per person, minimum 2 person booking
(available Friday - Sunday, 10:00am, 10:30am or 11:00am)
If you're after a behind the scenes Faber experience, our winery tour is for you. You will be hosted through our winery and vineyard (depending on the season) learning about Faber and the Swan Valley as you go. We follow the tour with a complimentary wine tasting in our Cellar Door Studio. Bookings essential (subject to availability).
For a total Faber experience, book in for a Gourmet Lunch Platter to follow your tour and tasting.
Food
If you are visiting the Swan Valley for lunch we offer our generous Gourmet Lunch Platters with a spectacular range of local and artisan cheeses, charcuterie and homemade treats. Available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 11am - 2pm, bookings essential.
We now also offer our delicious Pizza Flatbreads, made with seasonal local produce. Enjoy a changing selection of toppings from which you can choose from on the day. Available select Sunday's 11am - 2pm, bookings essential.
Enjoy a wine tasting before your lunch and you can purchase wine by the glass or bottle to enjoy with your meal. Corkage is applicable for wines served with lunch.
Not lunch? Looking for a snack to complement your wine tasting? Our Cheese Boards are filled with some fabulous local and artisan cheeses and accompaniments and can be shared by up to 4 people. Bookings not required, but are encouraged.
Events
Our monthly Faber events are an excellent opportunity for guests to visit our winery, meet us and enjoy the company of other wine lovers. The experiences are unique and the theme and format vary month to month. They include barrel tastings, long lunches, vertical tastings, wine and food matchings, tours and more, always with our latest releases to enjoy and our signature hearty food. Costs vary from event to event, see our events calendar for what's coming up.
If you are considering celebrating an upcoming occasion why not hold it at Faber? We can make available our cellar door studio, our veranda and terrace or our shady winery lawn for your private event and are happy to work with you to customize a program to suit your occasion. Email inquiries only.
