Our events give winelovers a great opportunity visit our winery – meet us, enjoy the company of other winelovers, try our latest vintages, new releases, and occasionally some old ones too, and partake of a delicious meal – just have a great day out!
We love to use our terrace and winery lawn when the sun is out – and it usually is in the Swan Valley. As well we have had some terrific events in our cellar door. We have even used the winery and our new barrel shed. What ever we do we make sure everyone is comfortable and we have plenty of room.
All our events have a theme – Harvest Breakfast – Reserve Release Dinner – Winter Benchmark Tasting – Bring Your Favourite Bottle – Spring Long Table Lunch – Xmas BBQ. And all offer a superb day or evening out – and exceptional value. And of course a visit to our Swan Valley home is a great chance to stock up on some great wine.

Winter Benchmark Tasting & Lunch
Our Annual Winter Benchmark Tasting is when we get a chance to see how good our wines really are. We take the time to create a great environment for tasting and commenting on the wines and interweave that with a classy home cooked lunch.
Given it’s our 20th Anniversary John’s decided to pull-out a top wine from each of the last 17 vintages. Yes – some of our wines last that long! We’ll taste a collection of Shiraz, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Petit Verdot and more from our museum cellar. This is a very special one off tasting.
Of course Jane’s cooking is a big part of Faber and she has planned a meal with some of her all time favourites. There will be 5 courses of her classic “comfort” food – the highlight being the main – Ossobuco. Enough to make grown men weep!!!
As well as the tasting we’ll have a range of our new releases to enjoy with lunch – including our 2017 Verdelho, 2016 Ferguson Valley Malbec, 2014 Frankland River Cabernet Sauvignon and of course the 2014 Reserve Shiraz.
